When you make first step in Plitvice lakes NP, you might think – ‘Wow, it’s a Paradise Lost!’
Wherever you look, there’s a scene worth camera shot. Lakes are highly protected nature, listed as UNESCO WH site. Over 1 million people come here each year to enjoy unspoiled nature – geo & hydro phenomenon of the ‘karst’ rocks.
Is Plitvice lakes worth visiting?
Simple answer is – yes! Travelers discovered Plitvice in late 19th century, and visit it ever since. Lakes offer crystal clear water in all shades of green and blue. When water surface is completely calm, you can see the bottom of the lake, like there’s no water – priceless.
Also, as a protected landscape, you’ll hike in pure oxygen environment. Good night sleep is guaranteed! Join us at Plitvice Lakes Private Tour from Zagreb.
